Make arrangements for the interview facilities and conference room.
Provide competent support personnel for conducting interviews.
Accept the interview date and time, location, and other logistics associated with the client's interview visit.
Ensure that the client has access to all office facilities, including fax, telephone, computer, courier, and e-mail, for the duration of the project.
Attend the final interview with the client's representatives in order to evaluate the outcomes of the interviews and obtain the shortlist of candidates to be recruited.
Ensure that all candidate documentation is thorough and in order.
